DIMALTZ
Turns on and off the suppression of zeros for alternate unit dimensions. Use DIMALTZ to suppress leading and trailing zeros in decimal dimensions and to suppress zeros in feet and inches.
You can set the DIMALTZ value by typing it in the command bar or by selecting the appropriate check box in Settings > Dimension Settings > Alternate Units tab. Following are the values and their corresponding settings:
Value | Setting |

0 | Suppresses zero feet and zero inches. |
1 | Includes zero feet and zero inches. |
2 | Suppresses zero inches and includes zero feet. |
3 | Suppresses zero feet and includes zero inches. |
4 | Suppresses leading zeros. |
8 | Suppresses trailing zeros. |
12 | Suppresses both leading and trailing zeros. |
