NOTIFYMANAGER

Determines whether the Notification Manager is turned on or off. When turned on, progeCAD logs notifications and events in the Notification Manager, which is accessible by clicking the green button in the right corner of the status bar. Notifications also appear according to the BALLOONTIMEOUT system variable.
