Sets the delay that occurs between pressing and holding Ctrl+Shift to start orbiting a drawing and the subsequent display of the orbit widget for the Free Orbit command. When the orbit widget displays, you can click and drag in a quadrant circle to restrict rotation to the x- or y-axis.
