PSLTSCALE

Controls the scale of linetypes in layout viewports.

When off (set to 0), linetypes in layout viewports are scaled using the LTSCALE system variable, which applies to model space and paper space.

When on (set to 1), linetypes in layout viewports are scaled according to viewport scaling. This allows you to display linetypes (and their dashes) the same across multiple viewports.

Linetype scales don't regenerate automatically. Use Regen or Regen All to update them.
